Policy

BOOKING Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit will go towards your remaining

balance the day of your appointment.

Deposit must be made within 24 hours

of request or appointment will be canceled.

Deposit is non-refundable/ non-Transferable.

CANCELLATION

When cancelling or rescheduling your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours will be subject to a fee when rescheduling.

Continuous No Call / No Show will no longer be able to book appointments.

LATE POLICY

Please notify if you will be running late. After 15 minutes your appointment may be rescheduled.

Please come with clean skin,

& groomed eyebrows.

Hairstyling Appointment Prep

Please come with hair freshly cleaned, completely dry and blown out as straight as possible without using any additional hot tools.
